Daytona has lost so many 1-run games could be a lot better just winning half of them…
Dayton games lately resulting as a soccer scores…The offense has not been so good but the pitching has been…

Phillips was likely the key to the trade. Certainly was not Fraley or Dunn

Maybe it’s time to shuffle some players around. Call up Cedrola, replace him in Louisville with Hopkins. Looking at their stat lines, Cedrola appears to be a better bet than Friedl and he’s younger.

I hope they just eat the Moose contract and don’t throw good money after bad by packaging good young talent with him just to dump his salary.

Is HBP a skill Jay Allen has? Through 75 PAs, he’s at 5 HBP (more than any one in MLB). Also had 5 last year.

Cedrola continues looking good. Doesn’t walk much, but puts the ball in play.

Nice game winning hit for Jack Rogers. He has struggled mightily hitting around .050.

Seems like a great hardworking kid and hopefully this will get him started. The Dragons pitching staff is fantastic. With a rotation of Phillips, Boyle, Bonnin, Abbott, and Proctor we can expect a well pitched game every night. Rudd and Benoit seem to be sharing the closer role and if they can improve their control as season goes on this could finally be Dragons year.
