Jorge injured? Why would they pinch hit for him in the 8th inning of a run one game?

I know they didn’t play, but is Carlos Sanchez part robot?

I can not confirm nor deny this. But he got on base again today and is now at 31 straight games of getting on base to begin his career.

McLain also activated today for the Lookouts. All eyes focused on the Lookouts.

Allen also activated for Daytona. With injured players slowly returning and recently drafted players joining teams in the organization, we should be seeing a lot of roster movement in the coming days and weeks.

Lookout lineup out. Siani, EDLC, McLain, McGarry, Hopkins, Cerda, Quintana, Johnson and Free. Wow! Of note, McLain is the DH.

The lineup in Louisville actually looks pretty competitive. It’s just the pitching staff with all the retreads that are keeping this team down.

Interesting to see that both rehab players not in the Bats lineup coming out of the break. Any development?

Barrero really struggling. Time for Kelly to flip him with Friedl and let Friedl lead off and Barrero in the 9 spot. It has worked with Senzel, so time to try it with Barrero. Solomon also struggling. He might find himself on the same path as Marinan soon and get DFAd.

Once again no bat speed. He isn’t struggling, he simply is injured with a injury that is 6 months of rehab. Why they bothered rushing him back blows me away incompetence.

It’s not bat speed. He strikes out on the breaking ball off the outside corner. It’s pitch recognition. He’s on the fastball and gets his hits on fastballs and breaking pitches over the plate. The problem is he chases the breaking ball that starts on the outer half of the plate and ends up off the plate outside. Until he can recognize this and lay off this pitch, the opposing pitchers will continue to get him out this way. He’s had to pass medical checks and go through all the proper channels to start playing again. There have been other players(Johnson at Chattanooga) that had a similar injury and are back hitting well. I don’t buy that he was rushed back.

Jorge not in the lineup tonight. Thinking he must’ve gotten hurt last night when they pinch hit for him

Doug, FYI, the Reds site had Maxwell signing for $222,500 if you wanted to update the site.
