Game notes

JC Sulbaran with a strong start. He now has 66 strikeouts in 61.1 innings pitched. Wilkin De La Rosa lowered his ERA to 1.53 in AA. Didi Gregorius extended his hitting streak to 9 games (.419 in that span).

Game notes

A great start was wasted by Daniel Renken. Kyle McMyne struggled as he allowed 2 runs in 1.1 innings of relief. The Blaze stayed in first place by 1.5 games though as second place San Jose lost again, their 10th game in a row.
