The Cincinnati Reds have made two roster moves official earlier this afternoon. They promoted two relievers, sending Zack Weiss from Daytona to Pensacola and sending Ben Klimesh from Pensacola up to Louisville.

Weiss hds dominated for the Daytona Tortugas to begin the 2015 season. He didn’t allow a run, only allowed two hits and a walk in 11.2 innings pitched and struck out 22 of the 37 batters he faced. For a full scouting report on Weiss, you can check out an article on him from last week right here.

Klimesh hasn’t been quite as good, but he’s also off to a great start. Over the course of 10.2 innings with Double-A Pensacola he posted a 1.69 ERA while allowing just six hits and two walks. The right hander also struck out 11 batters.

To make room for Klimesh in Louisville the organization released right hander Daniel Cabrera. Cabrera had made just one appearance for the team, tossing three innings for the Bats in April.
